last one for tonight i promise...

ok i was bored and want to know if anyone finds this at all interesting...in any way shape or form..its just a fanfic ive been mulling around with for about a week and i want to know your oppinions. (this is based on the world of warcraft setting) the grammar may be bad..as again i dont use spellchecker or anything like that so forgive me if i have misspelled anything or any other faux pas i may have left behind

Arising from his deep slumber Tolache feels a strange stirring in his gut, not quite sure of his surroundings, he sits up.."eh?..ah..i must have fallen asleep at the inn" he pulls out a small flask of an unknown substance and downs it without hesitation,"I need to stop drinking so much rum..its starting to get to me." He chucks the flask aside and throws a few silvers to the innkeeper."Well time to head out, i think i have some work at the grerat lift today"he thinks aloud to himself, then pauses to think inward."its a long journey id better get going" he whistles and without moments hesitation a hulking beast of cat stretches as it wakens from its nap.."lets go shadow" he announces aloud, "we gotta head out!" the large cat as if understanding his language perfectly rises to its huge paws and as if in defiance..takes a step then stretches one last long stretch and heads out the door behind Tolache. "Man why do i feel so strange?" he mutteres to himself "I didnt have THAT much to drink" oh well ill shrug it off
they walk for atleast forty-five minutes when they encounter some strange bug looking creatures "damn these silithids are really a nuisance" he exclaims, then he slows his pace and watches the creatures to see if they have noticed him...(luckily they do not and continue thier daily routine.) after another five minutes tolache approaches what appears to be a newly formed cave. "Dammit these bastards work quickly...maybe i should investigate and see what kinda trouble i can get into! Tolache tugs on his nose ring while pondering what his next course of action should be, "should i investigate further...i am mighty curious about this mound of disgsting bug slime, or should i keep heading out and just tell someone else.."he pauses again for a moment to think it over...(again his gut is bothering him more than before)
"what the hell i might as well have some fun...nothign else around here offers any excitement anymore! And hell, maybe it'll make me fell better!" he exclaims as he heads toward the cave.
as Tolache entered the cave he wondered why he felt so strange lately, today wasnt really that different than every other boring day hed experienced, so why the sudden hardness in his guts? "c'mon shadow..i may need backup on this one"
as he ventured deeper into the cave he noticed small larvae type bugs inching thier way around on the slime covered floor" god these things are disgusting" he smashes them to a pup with his hoof...and continued deeper.."hmm whats this?" looking towards the ground more larvae are on the floor as well as some newly formed eggs...they are still dripping with slime..and enshrouded with some hard exo-casing..he grabs his axe and cuts into it with ease.."nohting my fine blade cant handle" he says, as he swings it again to clear off the goo.
After he gets deep enough into the cave he starts to notice that this part doesnt look the same as near the top. "what do i know im no bug, maybe this is what they are supposed to look like" he notices another small mound in the ground...much to small for him to fit into...no taller than his knee
"what in the hell is that?!" hes puzzled..in all his years hes never seen or heard about anyhting like this he reaches for his blade again when he hears some foreign sound...it sounds like crawling...but more like a snake moving across a wet slimy surface..you know the same type of surface youd find in some sort of strange bug nest. "huh" he states as he whips around to meet his culprit..he is speechless as this creature is as big (if not bigger) than he is with 2 huge scythe-like claws raised it utters forth some sort of growl that could only be explained as...well...inexplainable! he reaches for his axe and dives out of the way! when he recovers he swings his axe with a mighty force and is again speechless when the blade canks off the chitonous plating on the creatures back "shadow attack" he shouts and at once the panther spings to tackle its target! leting out a fierce roar the creature turns its head and some of its torso towards the panther. "good boy shadow keep him busy for me" Tolache pulls out his rifle and backs up...he takes aim..he can feel the spirit of the great hawk coursing through his veins!.almost...almost...click! the exhilerating sound of the hammer crashing down and the ammunition flying! and a success..the creature reels back from the hit...he can see the gaping wound in its belly..."I knew you werent armored everywhere you bastard!" he reloads..the creature rears up again and hisses! raising its scythe-like claws into the air..it begins its pursuit...slowly at first...its tail slithering back and forth like a snake...but then it begins faster..Tolache is almost done reloading his next round...he begins backing up to buy some time, no use the creature is gaining to fast..this will have to do...he raises his gun....BAAM! the shot hits the creatures plate like head..knocking it back again and the creature is stunned...dizzy it appears to be...not moving at all...he grabs his axe to go in for the kill...and rushes forward to attack whiel the beast is vulnerable....SCHLIKK! the axe crunches into the soft tissue that is its belly...he then rips the axe out...taking with it chunks of sinew and meaty bits...its blood is now gushing and the creature knows its defeated...as it goes down it lets out a terrible shriek.."ugh oh" Tolache exclaimed "that didnt sound to good, lets go shadow!" they bolt towards the entrance...when all at once from behind them..he hears they pitter patter of tiny littel feet...lots of them...he turns his head back to spy his pursuers..tiny beasts covered in more of that chitonous plating that the other beast had on its back...but there was alot more than just one..there seemed to be about 12 or so of them...and they were fast! clsoing the gap Tolache reaches into his backpack and pulls out a small crystal..he pushes some unseen nodes on it and tosses it behind him just enough to get some distance..as they pass over the crystals area...it explodes...a humongous conflaguration erupts from the ground and engulfs the beasts!..."what!" unfortunately it wasnt enough they rampage through the flames..only looking hungrier, and out for blood!..."dammit!" he grabs his gun again his veins pump with the blood of the great hawk spirit! he grabs a handfull of pellets and loads them..takes aim...CRAGHAH!! the shot rings out..and dozens of tiny shards fly out of the barrell....the beasts are stunned...not knowing up from down ..friend from foe...they begin to attack each other! "great this will buy me time!" he begins to load his gun again...when suddenly, he hears that awful cry again..the one from before from that snake-like creature..another...no! two more come from the mound..."oh no! he cries out as the beasts charge and utter a bailful cry of attack! the small ones quickly regain thier senses and begin to charge..." its now or never" as he grabs a smaller but much faster gun from his side..he begins blasting all the smaller ones..and succeeds in eliminating the rest of the ones that didnt kill each other..just then he gets that feeling again," maybe my gut was trying to tell me to stay away from here...damn why didnt i listen...oh well too late to worry now..lets just deal with this..as the monstrous beasts charge ahead..one is stoppped dead in its tracks..its stomache explodes with a great force..a force that would have been equal to eating a small stick of dynamite then blowing it up in your stomach..."wow" he shouted.."whoever is helping me..i owe ya big time!" but no reply....he aims and takes his shot..CRACK! the shot rings out...the target goes down in one shot..the bullet hit the beast dead in the eye...its face exploded into smaller chunks and meaty pieces..."HAHA!" he shouts excitedly...but the feeling remains..."i better take care of that mound now!" he heads toward the mound but is stopped..something is holding him...he twists around..but sees nothign..."what form of trickery is this...even a damn thief cannot sneak up on me like that! show yourself lest you taste my bullet like this monster!" "hahaha!" he hears..but ..he doesnt hear.."what, who said that?" he spun around htinking he would catch some form or shadow but none..."it is I, that was responsible for saving you" and then from out of nowhere but from right in front of him...a form appears...atfirst shadowy..but begins to take form..."you fight well brave warrior..by what title are you called?" "what" he exclaims...he can hear this voice yet he does not hear it from infront of him...more like..from within him..."yes i know what you are thinking..how is it that i am able to disguise my voice and body so well? I will supply that knowledge to you when i know it is safe..for now, take comfort in the fact that i am not here to make you my enemy and you have your health and an ally in this most troubling time"..again he pauses" well thats good enough for me...for now atleast" the creature begins to finish taking its form...its body covered in some sort of heavy armor...its joints perplexing as they are mostly bent backwards on the knees and ankles...the skin...covered in mostly some sort of scaly hide...and the ost pecuiliar thing..this being had no mouth..although it did have eyes...they looked akin to two smal blackberries placed on a head of clay..."what manner of armor is that?" Tolache inquired..."you first..you still have not supplied me with your name".."oh yes forgive me..i had forgotten..i am called Tolache of Thunder Bluff..i serve our great and noble leader Cairne...Cairne Bloodhoof"the being looks up at Tolache "I am known as Farex, I must.."he pauses to think of the future one last time..than again raises his eyes to meet tolache. "i must speak with him at once then...these are pressing times and we do not have much of it left".."then we shall go at once" and tolache turns around and heads toward the great city of Thunder Bluff.


well guys what do you think...that was just a rough draft...i mean like..really rough...but i kinda had been thinking about something like that for a ling time...and i just now had the time to actually right it out
pls respond to this..i want to know if i should continue or if this is more of a lost hope....be cruel if you have to!
